Shipping and Returns

CoffeeHead offers an Australia-wide delivery service for a flat rate of $4.5

An express post option will be available in the near future.

Each delivery is sent by Australia Post eParcel and is allocated a unique tracking number for your convenience. Visit www.auspost.com/track to track your order. For further information on tracking your order, please call Australia Post https://contactus.auspost.com.au/

In metropolitan areas, deliveries can be expected between 1- 3 working days after your order is placed. Rural and regional areas of Australia, delivery to final destination may take a little longer therefore if in doubt please check with your local Post Office. If you have selected the ‘pay over the phone’ method, we will ship your goods once payment has been received.

 

Orders received before 11am AEST (Monday to Friday) are processed on the same day and dispatched by Australia Post on the following business day. If your order is placed after 11am, it will be processed at CoffeeHead on the next working day. To ensure all purchases are delivered promptly, please ensure you provide a full postal delivery address (including postcode) when placing an order.

If an item is not currently in stock it will be displayed as ‘out of stock’ on our website. In the event that you place an order for an out of stock item before it appears as out of stock, we will contact you to notify you of the situation as this may cause a delay in dispatching your order.

 

Please note:

Orders placed on an Australian or Victorian public holiday will be processed on the first working day following that public holiday.
CoffeeHead only currently ships to addresses within Australia.

 

COLLECTIONS

Customers may select to collect orders from our café located at 8 Railway Parade, Camberwell, Victoria 3124 during café operation hours. Proof of identity is required upon collection of the goods. Postage charges will not be incurred if you select this method.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

At Coffeehead, customer satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, please contact online@coffeehead.com.au or call 03 9882-6441 during AEST business hours.

In the event that your product is found to be damaged or not of a satisfactory standard, we will always repair or replace your item with a suitable alternative. Please contact us (contact sheet link) with your order ID and email address within 14 days.

Return shipping for unsatisfactory goods is absolutely FREE. To return your goods for free, simply email us for a prepaid return label. Once the label is affixed to your package you can drop it in at any Australia Post office around the country. Please note: we are only able to subsidise postage when our prepaid labels are used.

 

EXCHANGES

At CoffeeHead, we understand that things change. If you wish to exchange your item, please contact us to discuss the circumstances. Items to be exchanged need to be returned in original condition, with original packaging and within 14 days of the initial order. Exchanges are shipped via regular postage at our regular cost of just $4.50.

If you wish to exchange for another item, any difference in price will be payable via paypal invoice.

 

AUSTRALIA POST PARCELS RETURNS

If for any reason your order is sent back to our offices by Australia Post (for example an incorrect address was provided or your parcel was not collected within the allocated time), we will require an additional postage payment to accommodate the Australia Post charges to return your parcel.
